they were amazing and super fast.. I was able to schedule both of my children at the same time. We were in and out, it was also very beautiful, my daughter thought the pin ball machine was cool but she wasn't able to play it. I also noticed no toys in the waiting area and no books, which I understand because it can spread germs quickly but let me know if y'all could use some toys n books I'd love to donate what we have at our next visit!!

They were amazing with my 8 year old daughter! She is always terrified to go to the dentist, and this was our first time here. She went from crying in the waiting room to leaving with a smile on her face saying she's not scared of the dentist anymore and she loved everyone there. They were so patient and kind to her and took the time to explain everything and let her voice her concerns. They really made her feel so comfortable.

It's been a good experience for our 7-year-old daughter. They were patient with her at first when she really didn't want to be there and wouldn't let them do much. Now she doesn't hesitate at all going to the dentist. I'm sure there are days that try the patience of everyone that works there. They are constantly surrounded by children, many of whom who don't want to be there. Haha. I heard at least one child crying. I'm sure they hear that quite often. I'm guessing it is seldom quiet in a childrens' dentist office. 🙂 But for us, we have only had good experiences. Thank you.

My five year old son just started going here last year. So far our experiences have been amazing. They were able to refer us to their Lancaster office for a procedure he needed. The young lady that cleaned his teeth this week was amazing patient and kind. They got us back on time and were thorough during his visit.

Today was our third visit. Our first appointment went great as both my babies got cleanings and X-rays. I love that they can be scheduled together to make things easier for me and dad. My son was sent to a surgical place to get all his work done at once which went wonderfully. My daughters follow up filling appointment I was a little turned off not by the dentist but the dental assistant who kind of made me, my son and my infant son feel not welcome despite us being completely polite, quite and seated while they did what was needed. I brushed it off though as we all have bad days and thankfully today we had such a great visit. The dental assistant made great conversation with my daughter, talking animals facts and allowing her to hold one of her wrist animals in her room. Her and the dentist were absolutely wonderful and made my daughter feel so comfortable. I’m thankful for the work they do to keep our babies happy, comfortable and having a healthy smile.
